Returns at Feo's

At Feo’s, we do everything we can to satisfy you with our Surinamese products and catering. Nevertheless, it may happen that you want to return an order. Below you can read our conditions and procedure for returns.

When can you return?

  • For orders placed through our webshop, you have the right to revoke your purchase within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of fresh and perishable products. These cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

  • Products eligible for return must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How do you return?

  • Register your return within the 14-day withdrawal period by sending an email to: feosfood@hotmail.com.

  • We will send you instructions regarding the return address and further processing.

  • Returns should be sent to:

Costs of returning

  • The costs for returning are at the customer's own expense, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered by Feo's.

  • In that case, we will reimburse the return costs.

Refund

  • After receiving and checking the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

  • This only applies to products that meet our return conditions.
