Returns at Feo’s

At Feo’s, we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with our Surinamese products and catering. However, it may happen that you wish to return an order. Below you will find our conditions and procedure for returns.

When can you return an item?

  • For orders placed through our webshop, you have the right to revoke your purchase within 14 days of receipt, excluding fresh and perishable products. These cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

  • Products eligible for return must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to return an item?

  • Report your return within the 14-day cooling-off period by sending an email to: feosfood@hotmail.com.

  • You will receive instructions from us regarding the return address and further processing.

  • Return shipments should be sent to:

Cost of returns

  • The costs for returning are at the customer's own expense, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered by Feo's.

  • In that case, we will reimburse the return costs.

Refund

  • After receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

  • This only applies to products that meet our return conditions.
