Article 1 – Definitions
In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Feo’s: the sole proprietorship that supplies Surinamese products and catering services, located in Apeldoorn.

Customer: any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Feo’s.

Distance contract: an agreement where products are ordered via the website.

Products: all food, meals, and services supplied by Feo’s.
Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, deliveries and services of Feo’s, both physically and digitally via www.feofood.nl.
Article 3 – Prices and payment

All prices on the website are stated in euros and include VAT.

Payment must be made in advance via the offered payment methods.

In case of non-payment, Feo’s has the right to suspend or cancel the delivery.
Article 4 – Delivery and shipping costs

Feo’s strives to deliver orders within 3 to 4 working days.

Standard shipping costs within the Netherlands are €8.95.

For orders from €75, free shipping applies.

Deliveries take place at the address provided by the customer. Feo’s is not liable for delays caused by external delivery services.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal & Return Policy (webshop)

For purchases made via the webshop, the customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, provided it does not concern fresh or perishable products.

After withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days.

Products must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless there is an incorrect delivery or damage.

Article 6 – Cancellation of catering and custom orders

Cancellation of a catering order or custom-made order must be reported in writing at least 48 hours before delivery via feosfood@hotmail.com.

For cancellations within 48 hours, (partial) costs may be charged.
Article 7 – Complaints and liability

Complaints must be reported by email no later than 24 hours after delivery.

Feo’s is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence.

Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the product or service concerned.
Article 8 – Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as illness, delivery problems, or government measures), Feo’s has the right to suspend or terminate the agreement without compensation.
Article 9 – Applicable law
All agreements with Feo’s are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Apeldoorn.
Article 10 – Intellectual property
All texts, recipes, photos, logos, and other content on www.feofood.nl or in other communications from Feo’s are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Use, copying, or distribution without prior written permission from Feo’s is not permitted. In case of misuse, Feo’s reserves the right to take legal action.
Article 11 – Amendment of the terms and conditions
Feo’s reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version is always available via www.feofood.nl. Customers will be informed of substantial changes.
